What a great Easter Weekend...
I finished up a hard week of class with a few tests, and then headed home to Bloomingdale, IL. After being welcomed home Friday by my family and a Lou Malnati's Pizza, I headed off to my friends place for a bonfire, high-school-style.
There's two things I really miss while being away at School: Lou Malnati's Pizza and Bonfires. And I did them both in ONE night. If that's not an indicator of a great weekend to come, I don't know what else is. If you've ever had Lou Malnati's before, you know what I'm talking about. If you've never had it before, it's like Papa Del's on Steroids. Yup.
Saturday was a great day full of great food, too. Sidenote: No, I do not only talk about food in my blogs, but I definitely will in this one, haha. Gotta love Easter Dinner(s) though!
Saturday, I went over to my girlfriend's family's house for an early Easter Dinner and not only was it a great time, but it was full of amazing food and great stories. As was Sunday, when I ate dinner with my family and laid low. It was great being around the family this weekend, so much so that it made me question class on Monday...JUST KIDDING! (but seriously.)
As for now, it's Sunday night and I gotta run to eat some Easter leftover Ham and Pineapple. MMmmMmmm.
Holla,
Hansen
